1. Test Lead
Role Summary: Oversees the entire testing process, ensuring all phases are completed on schedule and that all test cases are executed thoroughly.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the testing plan.
Assign tasks to testers and coordinate test sessions.
Collect and consolidate feedback from all testers.
Create and deliver summary reports for stakeholders.

2. System Tester
Role Summary: Focuses on the technical integration aspects, validating queries, data mappings, and field configurations.
Responsibilities:
Execute test cases for field validation and data flow.
Ensure data accuracy in mappings from Slate to Banner and back.
Identify and log technical errors or inconsistencies.
Work closely with the Enterprise Systems Integrator to resolve technical issues.
Assigned to: John Callan, James Moran (Enterprise Systems Integrator).
3. Admissions Tester
Role Summary: Simulates real-world admissions processes to validate workflows and usability.
Responsibilities:
Test checklist assignments and admissions dashboard functionality.
Validate email notifications triggered by application submission.
Provide feedback on operational workflows.
Ensure the admissions process aligns with institutional requirements.
Assigned to: Admissions staff.
4. Support Team
Role Summary: Provides technical assistance and resolves issues related to the integration or application process during testing.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot errors encountered during testing.
Assist in setting up test environments and ensuring system readiness.
Support testers with technical challenges.
Document and resolve bugs or configuration issues.

5. Front-End Testers
Role Summary: Simulate user interaction with the front-end application and provide feedback on the user experience.
